  • Collections: Additionally, they leverage metrics about collections to understand and highlight high-performing collections within their upcoming campaigns

By leveraging data from Apteo's analytics module, the team was able to save themselves hours of analysis and eliminate the guesswork in how to set up their upcoming campaigns, enabling them to spend more time on design, client relations, and customer success.

Marketing automation

In addition to planning for upcoming campaigns, Ecom Honey leverages Apteo's automatic segments and integrations to automate high-performing flows and campaigns. First, they identify possible campaign ideas using the methods mentioned above. For example, they may identify a cross-sell opportunity to a particular segment, for example, New High-Potential Buyers, and then run an email campaign to that segment with that particular cross-sell offer.

They'll then analyze the performance of that campaign, and if it does well, they'll turn it into a recurring flow. Because Apteo's platform will keep that segment of customers up to date in any third-party integrated tool, the high-performing offer will be sent to all customers as soon as Apteo's A.I. identifies them as likely to buy that particular product.

Ecom Honey uses this flow to test and automate new strategies, again, allowing them to save time and focus on new strategies.
