Today, we're rolling out a new set of reports that make it easier to see how your data-driven campaigns are performing on Klaviyo and Facebook.
Today, many of our customers are achieving great results with targeted, personalized campaigns from Apteo's data. Many of them are syncing the segments that we generate into their existing marketing tools, and are leveraging the enhanced customer profiles we create in Klaviyo to create hyper-personalized campaigns. These personalized campaigns are generating higher open rates, click through rates, and conversion rates for them than more generalized campaigns. But until now, it hasn't been easy to see how all of your Apteo-driven campaigns are performing in a single place.
With the rollout of our new integrated campaign reporting feature, that changes today. We're rolling out a new set of reports that provide deeper insight into how your Apteo-driven Klaviyo and Facebook campaigns are performing. As time goes on, we'll add in reports from your other tools as well.
For now, you'll get a single view of your Apteo-powered Facebook and Klaviyo campaigns in your Apteo account. We pull key metrics, like impressions, clicks, orders, and sales directly from your integrated accounts, aggregate them, and consolidate them into a single view so it's easier for you to see how all of your data-driven campaigns are doing. These new metrics will appear in three key areas:
Our hope is that you'll be able to more easily measure your ROI from Apteo while also getting a sense of how you can use data to drive more sales. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out using our chat feature, we'd love to hear your thoughts!
