If you haven't made back the cost of Apteo's subscription at any point between day 30 and day 90, send us a written request
For brands that qualify based on the criteria above, upon written receipt of a refund request, we will provide a full refund, up to the first 90 days of the cost of Apteo's software subscription, to the original method of payment, and will transfer an additional $500 to an account of your choosing.
